Also known to some as a Dutch baby (a name Darcy absolutely hates! We don't eat babies in this house!) which can also be a savory dish. I've only ever known this as a sweet breakfast item.
Made year round with whatever seasonal fruit you have on hand. Our favorites are apple, peach and obviously blueberry! Cut into large pieces and served with a drizzle of real maple syrup and you are in heaven! This dish is easy to make and even easier to eat.
